The Resurrection of 'Kennedy': A Script Years in the Making

In the culmination of a journey spanning over five years, fraught with challenges including the formidable COVID-19 pandemic, the much-anticipated script for "Kennedy" has finally been completed. Crafted by our esteemed writer/director Darren Hawkins and co-writer, the talented actor Lauren Hamilton Neill, the script reached its conclusion on Easter Sunday, a day steeped in symbolism.

The timing couldn't have been more fitting. Both Michael and Bridget Kennedy, central figures of our narrative, were devout Roman Catholics. Their story, which mirrors themes of resilience and redemption, is metaphorically resurrected on the day that marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ, adding an extra layer of significance to this milestone.

As the ink dries on the final pages of the script, "Kennedy" propels forward into pre-production with unstoppable momentum. The anticipation across Australia is palpable, with audiences eagerly awaiting the chance to witness this incredible tale unfold on the silver screen.

Stay tuned as we continue to bring the captivating saga of the Kennedys to life, weaving together elements of history, faith, and human perseverance in a cinematic experience like no other. The journey has been long and arduous, but the destination promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
